What to Expect
My Coaching Programmes usually take place over 6-8 sessions and a session lasts for approximately 1.5-2 hours. Your first ‘get to know you and me’ session is free. Coaching and Mentoring can be online or face to face depending on your location and what meets your preferences. Everything is confidential and designed to ensure you feel safe, relaxed and can grow in success and confidence at your pace.
